Shipping, Returns & Payments — SCOG Creations Shipping
Processing Times

DTF “Ready-to-Press” Transfers: 1–3 business days to produce.

Finished Apparel (tees/hoodies/totes, etc.): 3–7 business days to produce.

Custom Memorial Pieces: Proof sent within 24–48 hrs (business days). Production starts after approval.

Tracking

Addresses & Delivery

Orders returned or lost due to incorrect/insufficient address can be reshipped once the reship fee is paid.

Returns, Remakes & Order Changes
We want you to love your order. Because many items are custom or made-to-order, we handle issues this way:
Report Window

Contact us within 7 days of delivery for any problem.

For damaged/incorrect items, email clear photos of the outer label, packaging, and the item.
What We’ll Do

Remake (no cost) if there’s a production error on our end (wrong size/color/print, defects).

Refund may be issued if a remake isn’t possible (processed to the original payment method after return is received/approved).
What’s Not Eligible

Custom/personalized items where the approved proof matches the delivered item.

Color variance of up to ~5–10% (normal across screens/inks/fabrics).

Sizing issues when the product matches the posted size chart.

Wear-and-tear, improper care, or damage after delivery.

“Delivered” packages (per carrier) that are subsequently lost or stolen.
Order Changes/Cancellations

Submit requests within 12 hours of purchase.

Please verify spelling, dimensions, and layout before approving.

We do not replace for customer design errors (typos, low-res art, wrong size) once printed.

Artwork Requirements

Direct-to-Film (DTF) is a print method where your artwork is printed onto a special film, coated with adhesive powder, heat-cured, and then heat-pressed onto the garment. It delivers vivid color, fine detail, soft hand feel, and excellent wash durability.

How does the process work?
